SCHENECTADY – William A. Slover, 66, of Schenectady, died suddenly on June 17, 2025.
Bill worked as a Construction Team Leader for the Schenectady County Highway Department for 32 years, retiring in 2014.
He was predeceased by his parents, Alfred R. and Laura Larue Slover; and a daughter, MaryJane Slover.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Compronio Slover; children, Heather Slover, David Slover and Billy August; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; four siblings, and many nieces and nephews.
Burial will be at a later date in St. Anthony’s Cemetery.
