Theresa M. Cafferillo

SCHENECTADY – Theresa M. Cafferillo, 91, died on Tuesday at Ellis Hospital.
Theresa was born on May 25, 1922 a daughter of the late Dominick and Josephine Pannone. She was born and educated in Italy, immigrating to Schenectady when she was 16. She worked for the Glendale Home, retiring in 1982 after 16 years of service.
Theresa was predeceased by her husband, Lawrence Cafferillo, whom she married May 9, 1943 and he died January 1, 1999; and her son, Dominick Cafferillo, who died August 7, 2003, a daughter Angela A. Cafferillo, who died March 22, 2013 and a brother Patsy Pannone.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Jo and John Musco, of Schenectady; grandsons, Bill Musco, of Schenectady and Nick and Elaine Cafferillo, of Keswick, VA; 7 great-grandchildren, a daughter-in-law Sheila Cafferillo, of FL, sisters, Mary Capobianco and Clara Gwodz, both of Schenectady.
Services will be held Saturday morning at 11:30am from the Rossi & Ditoro Funeral Home, Union at N. Jay Streets, and then to St. Anthony's Church, Seward Place, were a Mass will be celebrated at 12:30 pm. Interment will follow in St. John the Baptist Cemetery.
Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the Rossi & Ditoro Funeral Home, on Friday evening from 4 to7 pm.
