Sally Ballone Ragozzino

MERRITT ISLAND, FL – Sally Ballone Ragozzino, 67, formerly of Schenectady, entered into God's presence on Friday at her residence after a long illness.
Sally was born in Schenectady on August 2, 1945 a daughter of the late Louis and Tecla Bettini Ballone. She was a 1964 graduate of Linton High School. Sally lived locally and relocated to Florida in 1996.
She was predeceased by her brother Fred Ballone.
She is survived by her loving children, Gina Robinson, of Niskayuna and Pat Ragozzino, of Clifton Park; devoted siblings, Lou Ballone and his wife JoAnne, of St. Petersburg, FL and Donna Ballone, of Schenectady; adoring grandchildren, Justin and Ryan Santore, Devin Robinson, Joseph and Mia Ragozzino, and her longtime companion Stanley Stringham.
Services will be held Wednesday morning at 8am from the Rossi & Ditoro Funeral Home, Union at N. Jay Street, and then to Blessed Kateri Tekakwitha Parish, formerly Our Lady of Fatima, Rosa Road, where a Mass will be celebrated at 9am. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Kings Road.
Relatives and friends are invited and may call at Rossi & Ditoro Funeral Home, Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 PM.
