MALTA- Nathan D. Reo, 40, peacefully entered into eternal life on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at Saratoga Hospital.
Nate was born in Troy on January 15, 1977, a son of Daniel and Elizabeth "Betty Ann" (Scarchilli) Reo. He attended Lansingburgh High School before starting his own landscaping business. Nate was hardworking and independent. He had great mechanical aptitude and was a self taught master of small engine repair. Nate loved, music, fishing, snowmobiling, the NY Yankees and NY Giants. His true passion was his love of motorcycles. When he rode and performed his stunts, he felt carefree and alive. Nathan was a devoted father, loving son and brother and placed family above all else.
Nathan was predeceased by his grandparents, Anthony and Betty Scarchilli, and Connie Reo.
He is survived by his precious son, Justin "JJ" Reo; his beloved mother, Elizabeth 'Betty Ann ' Reo (Ray Marcucci) and his loving father, Daniel (Dena) Reo; treasured siblings, Daniel Reo and Nicole (Dan) Moreno; grandparents, Ned and Pat Reo; nieces, Aubrey Reo, Emma Reo and Liliana Moreno; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services will be held on Monday at 9:30 am at the Philip J. Brendese Funeral Home, 133 Broad Street, Waterford, with Fr. David Kelley, officiating. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.
Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the Philip J. Brendese Funeral Home on Sunday from 2 to 5 pm.
