SCHENECTADY - Michael Hernandez I, passed away on Sunday, February 14th due to respiratory failure. Michael was born on November 7th, 1970. Michael is survived by his children Brooke Hernandez and Michael Hernandez II, his parents and brothers and sisters. Michael lived in Schenectady, NY for most of his life but also lived in North Carolina for some time. He was loved by all who knew him. He has many nephews and nieces and he is also survived by his goddaughter Aniyah Rivera. He was a huge sports fan and his favorite teams were the New York Yankees, the New York Giants, and the New York Knicks. His favorite basketball player of all time was Patrick Ewing who was the center for the Knicks in the 90s. He was also the funniest person to talk to just because of his personality. He was the type of person who would do almost anything you asked him to do and he wouldn’t mind doing it. All Michael cared about was his family and trying to help them.
