Mark W. "Sparky" Siatkowski

Hagaman – Mark William "Sparky" Siatkowski, 57, passed away peacefully on Saturday at his residence after a valiant battle with illness.
Mark was born on November 12, 1955, the son of Robert Siatkowski and the late Mary "Nina" Badalucco Siatkowski. He graduated from Scotia-Glenville High School and received his ASS degree from Fulton Montgomery Community College. He was employed at Agway for over 20 years, and then as a service tech for Adams Heating and Cooling in Rotterdam for the past 15 years. He loved spending his free time at the family camp on the Great Sacandaga Lake and was well known for the awesome bonfires he erected. Mark was also known by his family and friends for his great strength and overwhelming generosity despite his small stature.
Mark is survived by his loving and devoted children, Kristen Mazzanoble and her husband Michael, of Niskayuna and Jonathon Siatkowski and his wife Emma, of Manhattan; beloved grandchildren, Anthony Mark and Addison Mary Mazzanoble; beloved life partner, Barbara Borgolini and her son John; devoted brothers, Robert Jr. and Terri Siatkowski, of Schenectady, Tommy and Cindi Siatkowski, of Glenville and Peter and Linda Siatkowski, of Castleton; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, devoted friends and co-workers. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Mike Adams, Joe and John Raucci, and Michael "Maynard" Mayhood for their unwavering support.
A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday from 4 to 6:30 pm at The White Funeral Home, N. Ballston Avenue, Scotia. Burial services will be private. Relatives and friends are invited to join the family in the celebration of Mark's life on Wednesday from 4 to 6:30 pm at The White Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be made in Mark's memory to Community Hospice, 1411 Union St., Schenectady, NY 12308.
