ROTTERDAM – Margaret Rosamino, 59, passed away on Monday, November 8, 2021, at Ellis Hospital after a brief illness.
Margaret was born in Schenectady, a daughter of the late Frank and Margaret Vorel Rosamino. She graduated from Schalmont High School and was employed for Golub Corporation and later as the manager at K-Mart in Rotterdam. She enjoyed her family and friends in Schenectady and her many friends while living for 10 years in St. Cloud FL. Margaret was kind and had an outgoing, loving personality. She was a big enthusiast of the Dallas Cowboys, Hallmark Christmas movies, Disney and the many Florida amusement Parks, Bud Light, and a nip of her favorite Anisette. Margaret was always up to date on current events, local, world, and political news. She loved the holidays, decorating, and spending time with her family.
She was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Larry Ainsworth, siblings, Franny (Jerry) Sypniewski and Robert Rosamino.
Margaret is survived by her loving family, daughters, Krystina (Robert) Diamond and Krystal Rosamino; granddaughter, Layla Rosamino; sister, Virginia (Butch) Marx and her best friend, Mike Rubinski; several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
The family is grateful to the ICU at Ellis Hospital for their care and compassion.
Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Rossi & Ditoro Funeral Home, 501 Union Street, on Friday from 3 to 6 pm.
