Magdalena Santiago Soto nació el 1 de enero de 1959 en

Ponce, Puerto Rico. Sus padres fueron Mariano Santiago

y Rosa A. Soto. Magdalena tuvo tres hijas y un hijo:

Jessica González (Almodóvar), Merari González, Jocabel

González y José O. González. Fue

abuela de 15 nietos y bisabuela de 8 bisnietos. Siempre

recordaremos a Maggie como una mujer servicial, siempre

atenta a sus hijos y nietos. Extrañaremos las

bolsas de compra que nos traía, el sofrito que solo ella sabía

preparar y los pasteles. Te esperamos en el cielo.

Magdalena Santiago Soto was born on January 1, 1959, on

the beach in Ponce, PR. Her father was Mariano Santiago

and her mother Rosa A. Soto. Magdalena had three daughters and one son,

Jessica González (Almodóvar), Merari González, Jocabel

González, and José O. González. She was

the grandmother of 15 and great-grandmother of 8. We will

always remember Maggie as a helpful woman, always

attentive to her children and grandchildren. We will miss the

grocery bags she brought us, the sofrito like only she knew

how to make, and the pasteles. We await you in heaven.
