Louise M. Demasi Percenti

SCHENECTADY – Louise M. DeMasi Percenti, 99, entered peacefully into eternal rest on Thursday, June 13, 2024.
Louise was born and educated in Schenectady, the daughter of the late Stephen and Pauline Wirth DeMasi. She was a 1943 graduate of the former Nott Terrace High School, where she enthusiastically participated as a cheerleader. Louise worked as an Account Clerk in the Department of Finance for the City of Schenectady, retiring in 1982 after 23 years of service. She was active in the Schenectady Yacht Club and a Past Commodore. Louise was a virtuous woman, with a compassionate soul, devoted to her loving God and family.
Louise was predeceased by her beloved husband, Edward “Chic” Percenti.
She is survived by her daughter, Candi Percenti; grandchildren, Stephen (Joanne) D’Ambrosio, Lori Monda, and Lisa (Brian) Mc Kie; great-grandchildren, Victoria Simonian-Wienclawski, Alexandria D’Ambrosio, Gabriella Monda and Abigail Mc Kie; and a great-grandson, Nicholas Wienclawski; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held on Thursday, June 20 at 10 AM from the Rossi & Ditoro Funeral Home, 501 Union Street, then to St. Anthony’s Church, Seward Place, where a Mass will be celebrated at 11 AM. Interment will be at 1 PM at Saratoga National Cemetery.
Relatives and friends are invited and may call Wednesday at the Rossi & Ditoro Funeral Home from 4 to 7 PM.
