Josephine A. Baldasare

SCHENECTADY – Josephine A. Baldasare, entered into eternal rest on Friday at the Avenue.
She was born August 18, 1929 in Schenectady, a daughter of the Rose DeLegge. Josephine was a graduate of the former Nott Terrace High School. She worked for many years for the General Electric Company as a secretary in California and Schenectady. She was a communicant of St. Anthony’s Church.
Survivors include her beloved husband whom she married January 4, 1964, Richard Baldasare; loving children, Richard J. Baldasare, of Sanford, FL and Dr. Joanne C. Baldasare and her partner, Patrick O’Donnell, of Schenectady; her aunt, Mary Stater and her husband Robert, of Glenville and several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at St. Anthony’s Church, Seward Place at 11 am with Fr. John Facci officiating. Interment will follow in St. Anthony’s Cemetery, Glenville. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
