Jessica Lee Greenwood

SCHENECTADY – Jessica Lee Greenwood, 38, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday at home.
Jessica was born in Syracuse, a daughter of Joan Maier and David Serson. She was educated in Syracuse and located to Schenectady in 1999. With her kindness and helpful ways, and love of people, Jessica worked in retail. She was employed for Hanaford Markets and most recently for as a cashier at Wal-Mart. Jessica loved life and most of all treasured her family and friends. She loved to sing, enjoyed bowling, crafting and scary movies.
Jessica is survived by her best friend and beloved husband, Frederick Peter Greenwood; loving sisters, Joanne (Carl) Cerniglia and Patricia (Al) Guido; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Services will be held at 11 am on Wednesday at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 1911 Fairview Ave. Interment will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Kings Road.
Calling hours will be tonight from 4 to 7 pm at the Rossi & Ditoro Funeral Home.
