SCHENECTADY – Irene Miner Fusco, 101, died Saturday morning at the Glendale Home.
Irene was born on October 13, 1909 in Hampton, NY the daughter of John and Emma Reed Miner and was educated in VT. She moved to Troy where she was a seamstress at a shirt factory. She was the wife of the late Orlando Lombardi until his death in 1983 and her second husband, Alfonso Fusco until his death in 1992.
Survivors include a Daughter-in-law Gloria Fusco of Schenectady; a step-grandson Evan Fusco of Weehawken, NJ and a step-daughter Amelia Costello of Saratoga.
A private service will be held Tuesday at the Rossi & Ditoro Funeral Home, Union at N. Jay Streets. Interment to follow in St Anthony Cemetery.
