Merrimack, NH – Doris L. DiBartolomeo, 62, passed away on Sunday, after a brief illness.
Doris was born in Schenectady, a daughter of the late William and Philomena DiBartolomeo. She was a 1969 graduate of Linton High School. Doris located to New Hampshire, taking a position as manager for the hospitalist program with Southern New Hampshire Medical Center. She was a gracious woman, loving mother and a beloved grandmother, with strong a Christian faith and values.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Margo and Paul Marotta, of Glenville; her grandsons, who were the light of her life, Paul Marotta, Jr. and Angelo Marotta; sisters, Gail Dasno and her husband Terry, of CA and Jane Wolff and her husband Chris, of Cape Cod, MA; her nephew, Matt and Gisela Dasno and a niece Stephanie and Mike Wolff; three great nieces, great nephew and many cousins also survive.
Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Rossi & Ditoro Funeral Home, Union at N. Jay Streets on Saturday, from 2 to 4 pm. A Celebration of life will follow at 4pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Schenectady City Mission. 425 Hamilton St., Schenectady, NY 12305.
