SCHENECTADY – Donna Kim Allen DiCocco, 63, entered into eternal peace on Sunday, June 2, 2024, at home surrounded with the support, love, and warmth of her loved ones.
Donna was born in Schenectady, on September 16, 1960, the daughter of Marlene Edna (Thomas) Allen and the late Richard Dick Allen.
Donna was a truly generous and compassionate woman; she was selfless and nurturing and gave everything to everyone. She loved creating art and memorializing those she loved through drawings and paintings; she had a deep connection with others, not just on a surface level, but on a spiritual and emotional level, especially while dividing her tarot readings, and being a pillar to those who needed it. Donna loved learning about all types of history, reading books, and learning about her family’s ancestry.
Everyone was Donna’s “honey” she was eccentric, unique, and a pure soul full of love.
Surely now, she is dancing in the wind with her tootsies in the sand, watching over all her loved ones.
Donna is survived by her loving and devoted family, whom she adored; her mother, Marlene Edna Allen; sons, Vincent DiCocco, Michael Richard DiCocco, and his wife, Grace Irene Tatara DiCocco; sister, Robin Ann Gould; niece, Tabitha Rose Zoller; great-nephew, Shea Mercedes.
Services will be held on Monday at 11 am at the Rossi & Ditoro Funeral Home.
Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the Rossi & Ditoro Funeral Home on Monday from 9 to 11 am.
