Cynthia Groncki Lievestro Ruff

SCHENECTADY - With profound sadness, Cindi passed away on May 4th at the age of 69. She lost her battle with Alzheimer’s.
Cindi was a beautiful, caring, and gentle soul. She was the
kindest, sweetest person you ever met. Cindi worked at KAPL and G.E. in payroll prior to starting a family. She was a devoted mother who always put family first. Cindi had a way of making everyone in which she crossed paths feel special. Ya Ya, what her grandchildren would call
her, cherished every moment she spent with her grandchildren.
She leaves behind her husband, Joe and her children Aaron,
Brett and Stacey (Brian) Lievestro, beloved grandchildren, Madeline, Abigail, and newly born Gabriel. Her siblings Jan (Joe) Ferris,
Cheryl (Lisa) Groncki and Dave (Roland) Groncki. She was an aunt to Danielle and Alexander Ferris, Matthew, and Timothy Groncki, her ex-husband B Lievestro, as well as many cousins and friends.
She was predeceased by her parents Jim and Mary Groncki, a brother Jim, and grandson Jacob.
The family would like to thank Norma at Baptist Health Nursing Center who took extra special care of her during her stay.
