LAKE PLEASANT- Constance C. Dagostino, 71, entered into eternal rest on Saturday at Ellis Hospital with her loving family at her side.
Connie was born in Delanson on April 13, 1941 the daughter of the late Paul and Laura Scranton Panas. She graduated from Duanesburg Central School and attended Colona School of Beauty. Connie worked as a self-employed hairdresser for many years. Connie was devoted to her family, her faith and to her community. She was active in the Lake Pleasant Fire Department, an ambulance driver and a member of the auxiliary. She bowled in the Northside Couples and golfed in the Swinging Ladies golf league at Briar Creek, Lake Pleasant Couples Golf League on Monday's and the Great Outdoors golf league in FL. She was an avid Bingo Player. She was a communicant of St. James Catholic Church in Lake Pleasant.
Connie is survived by her beloved husband of 51 years, George Dagostino; loving children, Debra Renzi and her husband David, of Duanesburg, Judy D'Agostino, of Scotia and Michael Dagostino, of Latham; six grandchildren and one great grandson; brothers, Bruce Panas and his wife Bonnie, of The Villages, FL and Alan Panas and his wife Joan, of Meridian, ID.
Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the Rossi & Ditoro Funeral Home Thursday evening from 5 to 8 pm. Interment of will be held at a later date in St. Anthony's Cemetery, Glenville.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Connie's name to Piseco Ambulance Corp, Route 8, Lake Pleasant, NY 12108.
