NISKAYUNA - With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Christopher Michael Napolitana, 32, on February 28, 2025.who left us far too soon. Born in Schenectady on May 14, 1992, the of of Patricia Schreiter Napolitana and the late Carl Napolitana. Chris was a proud graduate of Niskayuna High School and a beloved son, father, brother, and friend.
Above all, Chris was a devoted father to his 9-year-old daughter, Cara, whom he loved more than anything in the world. Their bond was unbreakable, filled with laughter, shared adventures, and their favorite anime shows. Cara was his greatest joy, and he made sure she always knew how much she was loved.
Chris had a gift for making people smile. With his quick wit and playful humor, he could light up any room. Whether cracking jokes or pulling off a perfectly timed quip, he had an unmatched ability to bring joy to those around him. He believed in making life fun and never missed an opportunity to share a laugh.
He had a deep love for his family and friends, always showing up for those he cared about. From watching Marvel movies with his mom, Patricia, to cheering on his beloved Philadelphia Eagles, Chris was passionate about the things and people he loved. His interests were as vibrant as he was—comic books, music, and food were just a few of the things that brought him happiness.
Chris is now reunited with his father, Carl, who passed away in 2019.
He leaves behind his loving mother, Patricia, cherished daughter, Cara and her mother Colleen, his devoted brother and sister, Joseph and Sarah, along with many family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
Though Chris’ time with us was too short, the love, laughter, and memories he gave will live on forever in the hearts of those who knew him. His legacy is one of warmth, devotion, and an unwavering ability to make others smile.
Rest easy, Chris. You are loved beyond measure and will never be forgotten.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday at the Rossi & Ditoro Funeral Home, 501 Union Street, from 3-5 PM, followed by a Service at 5:00 PM, with Fr. Dominic Isopo.
