Schenectady - Antoinette Santina Iorio Peck , 77, passed away on July 29, 2012 with her loving family by her side.
She was born in Schenectady on July 1, 1935 , the daughter of the late Pietro and Maria Natale Iorio. She graduated from Nott Terrace High School class of 1953. She retired in 1996 after 25 years of service from Ellis Hospital. She was a communicant of St. Anthony's Church. Toni was best known for her infectious smile and big heart. She was pre-deceased by her parents, her sister Josephine Kellogg, her nephews Robert Pidgeon and Timothy Peck.
She leaves behind her devoted and loving husband of 58 years, Henry Jay Peck, her dedicated and adoring daughter Kathleen and her husband John LaPointe, her son Michael and his wife Patricia Peck all of Schenectady. Her grandchildren who were the lights of her life, John (Leah) LaPointe, Andrea Peck, Brian Peck, Nicholas Peck, Matthew LaPointe, Roberta Peck. A loving sister Carmela Pidgeon. Her life long best friend Ann Gallign. Several nieces and nephews.
A mass of Christian burial will be concelebrated on Wednesday, August 1, at 11:00 am at St. Anthony's Church, Seward Place, Schenectady. Relatives and Friends are invited. Interment St. John the Baptist Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice of Schenectady, 1411 Union Street, Schenectady, NY 12308.
