PHONIEX, AZ – Ann B. Paige, 90, formerly of Schenectady, entered into eternal rest on Friday, July 17, 2015.
Ann was born in Cuthbert, GA on September 24, 1924 a daughter of the late Jasper and Lila Cox. She worked as a nurse, and retired from the General Electric and later Brown Transportation with over 20 years of service. She was a 50 year member of Friendship Baptist Church and a charter member of Al Tabari Court #28.
She is survived by her loving children, Beth Chaires, Kim Paige, Zarinah Shakir and her husband Omar and Richard N. Paige, Jr. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Services will be conducted by The Order of the Eastern Star on Saturday at 11:30 am at the Friendship Baptist Church , 407 Union Street followed at 12 noon with Reverend Lynn Hamilton, officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park, Colonie.
Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the Friendship Baptist Church on Saturday from 10:30 to 11:30 am.
